This is the final numerical card in the suit of Pentacles and it represents a happy life, happy family and happy abode. It represents getting your pie and eating it.
In this card, we’re finally within the castle that has been showing up in so many cards before. There are two figures under the arch wearing bright colors representing wealth and happiness. There’s also a small child petting one of the two white dogs that are guarding the pentacles.
The other dog is being petted by a royally-garbed figure with white hair, representing patriarchy and tradition. The sky is blue, the same as the child’s shirt, symbolizing youth and things that grow (children, wealth, flora…)
There’s a lot of gold and yellows in this card, and the overall atmosphere is that of joy and content.
The 10 of Pentacles represents the “finish line” of the Pentacle suit, as this card is the card of ultimate wealth, reward and happiness. One’s not just attained material wealth and status, but also inheritance, tradition, estate, wife, kids and even dogs.
This is a well-rounded card that is tied with the symbolism of the Moon in Taurus – exalted feelings and experiences. This is a card of victory as it is an omen of you finally getting it all, and enjoying it.
There’s not much depth to this card, as it belongs to the Pentacle suit, but if you look closer, it’s the card of content and peace. In this card, we have three generations represented, the grandfather, the father and the son. This card is coming full circle and fulfilling your life’s mission and being happy about it.
10 of the Pentacles reversed can symbolize a divorce, wasted inheritance, failed family business and loss of family tradition. This card reversed can also signify family disputes (most often about inheritance and money), debt, fleeting success that was built on a shaky foundation, gambling and divorce.
This card reversed is not a good omen to come up in any reading, but especially in love and money reading. One should be careful of the next step and move as one proceeds after this card comes up reversed.
There are a lot of choices to be made, and these choices will decide the quality of one’s character, and as such, the quality of rewards or the size of the loss one will have to endure.
