this book is so great,having studied dream therapy i was interested in lucid dreaming.This is great for even a beginner and explains things wonderfully.There are some great audios that helps with the lucid dreaming. well worth buying :)

Instant delivery, came the next minute after purchase. Started reading it as soon as i had the time.Loving it so far. Definatley reccomend.Some things are a little harder to understand but if u re-read it and use google to lookup the definitions it helps. The author does explain and go into detail,but he makes it so its a bit more simple to understand. For example he talks about intention and magic of lucid dreaming. He explains it, then he gives his experiences about the subject area so you understand it more.

As someone who has hard the great experience of 4 lucid dreams, I'm always looking to further my understanding of lucid dreaming and find ways in which to become lucid more often, Not only does this book cover the basics for those who are just beginning but the majority of the book covers extremely deep concepts and explores lucid dreaming in such an advanced way it makes you question reality itself at times.

For anyone who is interested in lucid dreaming or area even just curious I would highly recommend this program 100%.

Since I was a child, as a strong dreamer I was always interested in dreams in general. Unfortunately my family,friends etc. didn't share or understand my passion.it's good to know that there are lots of people out there who enjoy dreams like I do and big thanks to the author for such lovely and helpful book.
